We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase if item(s) is(are) in brand new and unused condition. Buyer must contact Hammer & Tine to initiate the return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the item is received by Hammer & Tine, we will initiate the refund. Refunds can take up to 7-10 days to process.
If product is not to buyer’s satisfaction, please reach out within 30 days of purchase, and provide photos of the product, showing the issue. If there is a defect in the product, we will repair, replace or refund. In the case of a defect or issue with the product other than normal wear and tear, we will provide a shipping label. Please not that we will not reimburse for shipping charges, buyer must contact us ahead of time so that we can provide the shipping label.
