We are thrilled you are interested in ordering custom leather patch hats from us! Please be aware of the following and don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any comments, questions or concerns.
After reading this page, please fill out our order request form (linked at the bottom of the page). When we receive the request, we will review it and contact you. Once the order details are finalized, we will email you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit that can be paid with a credit card or with PayPal. Once we receive your deposit, we will put your order in our queue, order hats if need be, and then notify you once your order is complete.
- Timeline
- There are only 2 of us in our shop, and we typically have a long list of orders. We will get to your order as fast as we possibly can, but hats are typically 3+ weeks out at any given time. Once you submit the order request form, we will be in touch regarding timeline.
- Pricing
- We stock Richardson 112 mesh snap back trucker hats. We are happy to special order other styles, but this may affect the timeline and price.
- If you order our stock Richardson 112 hats, they start at $25 each up to a quantity of 23. We offer quantity discounts: 24-47 hats are $22 each, 48+ hats are $18 each. Quantity discounts are per order.
- We charge a one-time set-up fee as it takes time for us to prepare your logo/image for the laser. This is a flat $15 as long as the file you provide doesn’t require any graphic design work. You can email your file to us once you submit your order request form, and I will let you know if it will work, or if it needs to be edited. We can discuss further if edits need to be made. You can make the edits and send the file back to us, or we can make the edits for you, but this will incur an additional charge.
- If you prefer a hot branded image instead, the set-up fee will be higher as we have to special order a brand. Please indicate that you would prefer a hot brand in the request form.
- We offer 2 standard patch sizes/shapes at this time. We are working on adding more stock shapes, so this may change in the future. We currently offer a 2.75inch diameter circle, and a 3in wide by 2.375in rectangle with rounded corners. If you would like a different shape and/or size, please indicate this in your order request form. If it is something we can do, we’re happy to, but we charge $1-5 extra per patch. We will be in touch to discuss details after you submit your order request form.
- Additional Charges
- Rush fee. We are not always able to rush orders. However, we will rush orders on a case by case basis if we can fit it into our schedule. You must notify us of your timeline before your invoice is paid (noted in the order request form is great!), and any rush orders will incur a $50 rush fee.
- Change fee. If for any reason you need to make a change once your invoice is paid, please contact us immediately. If we are not too far into the process, and we are able to switch gears, we will do so happily, but we charge a $25 change fee.
