This wood handle cheese chisel has a forged and textured o1 tool steel blade, with a copper bolster and a stabilized wood handle. The chisel or bell shape is great for blue cheese, feta, or other crumbly cheeses.

– o1 tool steel is a high carbon steel that performs beautifully, has excellent edge retention and will develop an appealing patina over time. Must be hand washed and dried promptly.
