This antler cheese knife set of 4 feature forged o1 tool steel blades, with copper bolsters, stabilized wood spacers, and antler handles.

Specs:

– Blades are between 2.5-3 inches long/wide

– 5/64″ blade thickness

– Set of 4 knives – one of each blade shape

– o1 tool steel is a high carbon steel that performs beautifully, has excellent edge retention and will develop an appealing patina over time. Must be hand washed and dried promptly. Please refer to the knife care tab for more information. Written care instructions will be included with the knife when purchased.
